Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Liquified Juicery, each product is handcrafted in small batches using fresh, organic ingredients. Due to the highly perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices and sea moss products, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect product selection at checkout
• Personal taste preferences
• Improper handling or storage of products after delivery or pickup

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Liquified Juicery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for any exception.

Order & Delivery Policy

We do not offer refunds on orders that have been fulfilled via pickup or delivery.

Because our juices are made fresh and without preservatives, proper handling is essential. Upon delivery or pickup, products must be refrigerated immediately to maintain quality and safety.

Liquified Juicery is not responsible for any product that has been improperly stored, mishandled, or left unrefrigerated after it has been delivered or collected.

Order Adjustments & Postponements

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your order, we kindly request advance notice prior to production or delivery.

While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes, adjustments are not guaranteed once your order has entered production.
