Hey Liquified Juicery fam,
This mango ceviche recipe is a great option if you are craving something fresh, light, and full of flavors. There’s a small amount of ingredients so it’s pretty easy to make! This is a vegan version of ceviche but it’s not missing any flavors!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
•Chopping knife
•Cutting Board
•Bowl to mix ingredients
•Big spoon
INGREDIENTS
•8 Lemons
•9 Limes
•2 Avocados
•1 large Cucumber
•2 Tomatoes
•1bunch Cilantro
•1 Can hearts of palm
•1 pack Nori flakes (gives a seafood taste)
•1 Red onion
•1 Mango
•2 tsp Himalayan salt
•tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS
•Squeeze all lemons and limes and pour into the bowl
•Cut 1 large cucumber length wise and scoop out the center part. Then finely chop and add to the bowl
•Finely chop the red onion and add to the bowl (half, or whole onion depending on how much onion you like)
•Cut the (2) tomatoes and scoop out the center. Finely chop and add to the bowl.
•Open and drain the can of hearts of palm, finely chop and add to bowl
•Cut avocado in half throw away seed and slice into tiny pieces then add to bowl
•Wash and finely chop cilantro and add to bowl
•Slice mango and chop then add to bowl
•Grind up nori flakes and add to bowl
•Add a tsp of salt
•Mix all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips or on a tostada
