Easy, healthy smoothie bowl recipe

Hey Liquified Juicery fam,

In this blog I will be showing easy, healthy recipes you can make at home! This blog is going to be about SMOOTHIE BOWLS! You can enjoy these bowls any time of the day and add any toppings you desire!

I made this smoothie bowl with fresh fruit that I froze the night before. The bowl is a scooped out cantaloupe, and the toppings are superfoods, granola and fruit.

Cubed superfood squares with flax seeds, maca, dates, cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, and walnuts

Chia seeds  


Chia seeds give high amounts of fiber, and most of the fiber is soluble which helps decrease cholesterol, control blood sugars and regulate digestion. Chia seeds have healthy Omega-3 fatty acids that may decrease cholesterol and promote cardiovascular health. Chia seeds are also a good source of calcium and magnesium.

Flax seeds which have a nutty flavor, were cultivated in ancient Egypt and China. They are one of the best sources of an antioxidant called lignans, which may protect against cancer. Similar to chia seeds, flaxseeds also contains beneficial Omega-3 fatty acids. They're also a good source of phosphorus and magnesium.

Hemp seeds, or hemp hearts, are soft and have a mild nutty flavor. Hemp hearts have the most protein but are lower in fiber than chia or flaxseeds. Hemp seeds are also a good source of potassium, magnesium and iron.
